Introduction

This YIELD Workshop Meetup in AI & Blue/Green/Circular Economy day, organized by Leaders Organization, is designed to encourage high-potential youth teams (ages 18–30) that have the potential to turn into sustainable, tech-driven enterprises. By fusing pre-selected teams with a pool of "free agent" talent, we ensure each project has the Deep Tech expertise and diverse skills required to thrive.

09:00 AM	Arrival and registration	Welcome on arrival
09:30 AM	Kick-off	Welcome & Introduction to the 10 AI / Deep Tech Challenges in the Blue / Green / Circular Economy
10:00 AM	AI Session	Practical AI session with technical guidance to support youth teams in developing clear, feasible, and impactful AI-driven solutions, while contributing to the evaluation of their final pitches
12:00 PM	Coffee Break	Coffee Break and Connections Time
12:30 PM	Deep Dive working session	Teams move to breakout rooms (3rd floor — 303/304) to build / update their application
1:30 PM	The Talent Fusion	Teams introduce their solutions to each other and to experts
2:30 PM	Lunch time	Lunch and Connections Time (cafeteria)

Logistics

Main stage from morning until 12:00–12:30, after which the stage is handed over for the press conference
Activities continue on the 3rd floor in Room 303/304
Screen provided for participants’ presentations, plus tables and 20 chairs (20 participants)
Coffee & snacks set up from the morning through the first coffee break at 12:00 PM
Lunch break at 14:30 in the cafeteria (catering provided by Leaders)
