Kama at uMake is contemporary cafe and Kitchen for the offices at Burj Ammar. The atmosphere plots the time people pal around while drinking coffee to create a community full of beans in the Palestinian society. The cafe is a franchise that operates in Ramallah Palestine. The Project is a collaborative effort by Ykhatib Studio, Ammar group and Kama Café.

Modern villa Interior
Two story villa interior combines industrial and relaxed features for a family of four in Ramallah. The Project is a collaborative effort by Ykhatib Studio. The design consists of stripped cladding, metal rope dividers, upholstered headboard and a modern kitchen. The furniture put in place is manufactured locally or imported from Turkey.
