Wrapping Up All the Trainings of GreenLoop Hackathon in Preparation for the Hackathon Day

From financial planning to pitch-perfect presentations, GreenLoop participants are now fully equipped and ready for the big day.

Organized by The Hive Innovation Hub, the GreenLoop Hackathon training journey has successfully concluded, empowering participating teams with essential skills in business development, financial planning, and effective pitching.

The training sessions focused on:

  • Understanding business models within the circular economy framework

  • Explaining revenue streams and ensuring financial sustainability

  • Analyzing financial feasibility and developing realistic financial plans

  • Building strong presentation skills to communicate ideas with clarity and confidence

The participating teams, many of whom already have products or services in the market, worked on refining their solutions to become more sustainable, innovative, and investment-ready. The goal was to provide them with practical tools and strategic thinking to present their ideas professionally and align them with the principles of green entrepreneurship and circular economy.

Throughout the sessions, participants engaged in hands-on exercises designed to strengthen both the financial and communicative aspects of their ventures—key components for attracting partners and investors.

With training now complete, the teams are gearing up for the GreenLoop Hackathon, set to take place on Saturday, August 9, 2025. This event marks a pivotal moment where ideas will be pitched, validated, and shaped into real entrepreneurial projects that contribute to sustainable development in Palestine.

The GreenLoop Hackathon is part of the Hive Innovation Hub and the 'Innovative Women and Youth Entrepreneurship Hub for Green Investment and Circular Economy in Palestine,' launched by the Applied Research Institute (ARIJ) in Jerusalem and funded by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation. This initiative is implemented in partnership with Palestine TechnoPark as part of the activities of the Idea Lab, which is supported by the Park’s innovation hub, The Hive, and the Bethlehem Business Incubator (BBI)
