Tech Pulse Launches with Focus on Bridging the Skills Gap in Palestine’s Tech Sector

Palestine TechnoPark successfully concluded the first session of its Tech Pulse series on Tuesday, 2 December 2025, under the title “Bridging the Skills Gap in Palestine’s Tech Sector.”

The session brought together a diverse group of stakeholders, including representatives from the private sector, universities, government entities, local and international organizations, as well as beneficiaries of training programs. Discussions focused on key challenges and opportunities in tech talent development, education and training alignment, employment pathways, and the growing role of remote work in the Palestinian context.

This collaborative dialogue marks an important step toward strengthening the national innovation ecosystem. The insights and outcomes of the session will be consolidated into a comprehensive Position Paper, outlining actionable recommendations to enhance the tech talent pipeline and better align skills with market needs.

Special thanks go to all participants for their valuable contributions, and to the session moderator, Mr. Omar D. Al-Sahili, CEO of Business Alliance, for leading an engaging and impactful discussion.

This session sets the tone for future Tech Pulse dialogues aimed at addressing critical priorities for the growth of Palestine’s digital economy
