The Technology for Youth and Jobs Project (TechStart) is an 8-year, US$30 million project for the benefit of the Ministry of Telecommunications and Digital Economy (MTDE), funded by the World Bank, the European Union, the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and implemented by DAI. The project aims to increase economic opportunities for IT service firms in the West Bank and Gaza across four focus areas: improving IT services capabilities, developing the IT service ecosystem, improving market access, and increasing demand and investment in the Palestinian IT sector.
Palestine TechnoPark is the national hub for technology, innovation, entrepreneurship, research commercialization, and investment. Through its programs and partnerships, TechnoPark strengthens Palestine’s innovation ecosystem, creates employment, attracts foreign investment, supports startups, and connects Palestine with the global technology community. One of its flagship initiatives is the Palestine Diaspora Network for Technology and Innovation, a global platform that connects Palestinian professionals, entrepreneurs, executives, investors, academics, and technology leaders worldwide with opportunities to contribute to Palestine’s economic and technological development.
IPSD II is a project for the benefit of the Palestinian Ministry of National Economy (MoNE), funded by the World Bank and the European Union, and implemented by DAI Global UK. With a total budget of USD 24.5 million, IPSD II aims to improve the economic opportunities for tech and tech-enabled startups, innovative small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and individuals operating in the digital economy in the West Bank. In the event of an Eligible Crisis and Emergency, IPSD II is also equipped to respond promptly and effectively, ensuring continuity and adaptability of project support.
Damascus Gate Foundation (DGF) is a diaspora-led organization mobilizing global Palestinian talent, expertise, networks, and capital to support entrepreneurship and economic development in Palestine. DGF connects high-potential Palestinian founders with experienced executives, entrepreneurs, investors, and advisors through 1:1 coaching, specialized workshops, investor readiness, market access, and strategic introductions.
